I think the best advice that we can give on on this is, ELECTRICITY AND
HUMAN FLESH DON'T MIX PERIOD.  I recently read a Darwin award where some
navy boy killed himself with a Simson 260 meter.  He stuck both probes thru
the skin to get a resistance measurement.  More or less he killed himself
with not much greater power than a 9V battery.( it could be less )

Myself, I have been hit majorly twice, one by a tv set I was adjusting, and
once by a dimmer in which the breaker was supposedly off. ( bad breaker )
Anyone that has taken a hit from anything greater than static, should be
glad he has lived to tell about it.
