Jeff,
While i never was inclined to try the skin effect because i felt that
the moist tissue beneathe would conduct better, I will say here that on
the day i neglected to dischaarge 21kv-at-.023uf tank cap and stupidly used
each hand as a discharge terminal. i won't go into the heart fibrilation
here, but to this day my fingers sometimes drop things for no reason.
damage was done, stupidity cannot be reversed and i comend you for your
story to try to save at least one coiler!
