PFC Minor Question

I don't intend to bring up the entire PFC thread but one question remained
unaddressed:

When connecting the 120VAC mains to the PFC bank, do you connect the GREEN
ground line to the PFC cap cans? Or do you simply pass the green ground line
to the NST input without going to the cans at all.
