Concrete 'en masse' is a Real Good conductor.

I wonder what the experience is about tying
disparate grounds together. In Lightning
Protection work, it is 'required' as i understand
it, to tie all 'masses' of metal' together, to
avoid odd voltages building up. Any experiences
in this area with Tesla Systems?
