They all have the exact IR part number. The ones I've received from
Future (the 460s) were, in fact, made by IR. I can't say positively that
the others are IR parts but it's extremely unlikely that another
manufacturer would use the identical part number ("IRF", etc.).
I tried "ST" (don't remember what that stands for) IRFP460-equivalents
(so characterized) once and they failed much more frequently.
