Yes, caps can be made from them but they are terrific ozone generators --
not good for your health.

Don' waste your time.  The glass has such a high dissapation rate that 20%
of your energy will be sucked up and wasted.  They overheat rapidly and
crack.  Stick to polyethylene or polypropylene dielectrics for much better
results.
