No idea... Perhaps it fits a Wayne burner... Side and end hinge might
indicate which side the screws are on.  The one OBIT I've seen, that I
recall what it looks like, had tabs sticking out of two opposite ends, with
a screw hole on one end.  It installed with the "non-hole" tab into a slot,
then folded down and you put one screw in.
