MMC bleeder question and SWC question

1)    What kind of bleeder resistors should I use for Geek Group Caps (a
DigiKey part #?)
2)    Has ayone ever used Snapple bottles for a SWC?  If so, what kind of
capacitance did you get and what was your setup for            them.  Are they
strong enough to take the HV?
