Ferrite Toroidal Cores?

Hello People,

  I have been looking for a couple ferrite cores for RF suppression does 
anyone know
of a part number or better yet a supplier I can purchase from.
  I went into Radio Shack and they looked at me like a Deer in the 
headlights when I
asked if they had any Ferrite Toroid Cores. They had to ask me what it was 
and when I
told them they were similar to that used in a toroidal transformer they 
looked at me as if I was crazy.
  Did I use the wrong terminology?
