I'd go for the one with 200KHz frequency counter. My 2 cents.

If you want some "auxilary" meters that you -really- don't worry so
much about, Harbor Freight periodically has sales on some 600V max
pocket meters, no cap or frequency, only 400mA. But for lots of
current, I use some 0.1 Ohm resistors I picked up. I picked some of
these meters up on sale, but the regular price is only $10.

Hmm... I see the range of this one on their website is slightly
lower than what my meter says on it. I also see the part number is
slighly different.
