True for a certain definition of,state-of-the-capacitor-art, but not what
Consumer Reports would call a "best buy" . EFO's are meaningful to coilers, if
and ONLY if one or more of the following is true:
1. You can write them off as a business expense. (OPM)
2. You have a research grant from state or federal sources. (OPM)
3. Your parents are burdened by the guilt of having too much money. (OPM)
4. You marry into money AND stupidity. (OPM)
5. You steal from your employer. (OPM)

Last 1/3 as long, cost 1/10 as much. IMO a state of the art improvement,
defining state-of-the-art as optimizing cost/benefits ratio.

"Casual coiler" meaning anyone who can't use other people's money (OPM) to
finance kilobuck components.
