Justin, Ross and All,

Ross is correct in all he states below... Our arc lengths
represent repeatable power arcs to a grounded object.
Streamers and occasional hits are always longer.

My designs are all based on Bill Wysock's lifetime
of research so I use his naming convention as a
tribute to him (adding the J to signify a "Jeff" coil).
