Unless you cant get one for free from the power company $150 is very good!!!
Im not sure about the taps thing, because if it has a 120/240 pri then it
must have taps =8-) I find 5KVA is a very good power cos you can run it off
a ring main, and it doesnt requre huge connectors/cable :)
