GMHEIC in the UK

Hi all,

I recently built a triggered gap and asked a few questions about it (see
post TSG vs RSG) and I am using a Volvo XT2 ignition coil. This coil has
stood up to a hammering compared to some of the other Ford and Rover ones
that I have got my hands on. I can run it with a 20uF cap (at about 1KVA
peak) and it does not die... The oil boils sure, but thats OK because it
still doesnt die. Normally however I run it with a 10uF cap, and it just
gets nicely warm (like when you run a neon on short for a couple of hours).
Other iggy coils have only just stood up to 10uF cap treatment and die
instantly when fired up with more than that...

I have got to the point when I would really like to get my hands on
something a bit more substantial. I have found that the max. voltage that I
can run a volvo coil at is about 30KV - I really want to experiment with a
40KV GMHEIC. I was wondering if anyone in the UK know where to get them or
indeed had one for sale.

Can anyone help?

Best regards,
Jason
