Safe handling of Capacitors

Hey All,

	Quick question, How long should I wait before I touch the capacator to
move it?? Heres the specs:

6 quarts of pedialyte
1 dash of mineral oil
Stainless steel pot
1 soda bottle with copper pipe sticking out. (filled with same mixture)
and that's all about...

I need to know what to do to move this thing...
