These are intended for power supply smoothing and are oil/paper
dielectric.  I have similar, lower-voltage (2,5kV) ones.  Definitely
not pulse rated, and may well contain PCBs which you don't want
erupting over your coil or you.

I'd steer well clear.  Sorry.  But nice for filtering the dc psu of a
big VTTC if you ever build one.
