Do you have any specs on that choke? Not that I am really 'cheap' but surely 
we could build a suitable replacement for such duty for a lot less than 140 
bucks. Obviously it is high current, so big wire. But, is it 140 dollars big 
and/or complicated? 

Just trying to stretch my coilin' cash.
