Hi Stan,

I get a secondary frequency of 203.5kHz but a primary frequency of 215kHz.  A
streamer load will reduce that to about 195kHz
 
This suggests that you need like 13.3 primary turns.  Maybe you can tap the MMC
to get a little higher primary capacitance or lower the top terminal a bit. 
You could also just wrap another turn of any old wire around the primary to
test it out.  But I think you secondary frequency may be a bit lower than the
primary frequency.
