Perhaps you could use a 10 x 10 array of the Geek group's 0.1uF 2000V caps
for 20kV at 0.1uF.  I think that would run $180.  you may also use a 7 x 10
array of the 0.15uF caps for $157.5  That would be 20kV at 0.105uF.
