terry*,
i have actually adjusted for racing arcs and\or flashovers by doing
this. when done this way, the taps have to be rotated around the (larger
turn generally) turns to maintain a good tune. also in my case anyway,
the discharge seems to vary wildly in length while changing this?
just wanted you to know that i does work.
