Use a weight of 30 Lb., dimensions of 30" x 30" x 12" for the shipping
box.  Add an insured value of $300 (FOB means that it's your
responsibility as soon as it leaves the manufacturer's door), and add
C.O.D. ($6.00).  This will give you an approximate shipping charge to
your location.  The $6.00 C.O.D. charge is for collecting the S&H
charges which will differ greatly depending on your location (especially
those people ordering overseas).

Could anyone tell me how the shipping and handling charges were
handled on the last bulk buy?  Were they collected C.O.D., or
beforehand (and if collected beforehand, were there any additional
charges for anyone, etc.)?  Thanks.
