Great idea, Matt!  But somebody beat you to the list part of it!  ;)
There's a  list on Terry's web server of all of the active coilers around
the world who have volunteered their contact info to be publicly available
to anybody who check around Terry's website.  Coilers have the option of
having their name, rough location (city, state...area, country...etc...),
email address, website, and a brief description of their experience
available to others, and if they choose not to have some info available,
they just don't send it in. :)  The address for the Active Coiler List is

Thanks to Terry Fritz once again for handing out the storage space and
bandwidth for coiling pages on his server. :)  (Thanks to Chip and Terry for
the TCML, too!)  

If anybody wishes to be included in the Active Coiler List, simply kick an
email over to
mailto:jduva-at-btcg-dot-net
with your name, location, website if you've got one, experience, and email
that you'd like displayed, and I'll go ahead and update the list as soon as
there are a couple new entries or changes piled up in my inbox.  I'm about
to make a change to one entry in the next week or so, so don't delay and let
the coilers from the list now that they have an interesting, and
understanding neighbor!

Hope to hear from a lot of new folks out there. :)

Hi all,

This is probably one of the more bogus ideas I have had in a while. I think 
we(I) should make a list or map of all the locations of coilers in the US. 
After we(I) get that done, we(I) can start working on coilers in other 
countries.

The primary purpose is that we(you) know who is in the general area around 
you. Example: You want to hold a Teslathon. Instead of emailing the list you

contact me and ask for a list of people in your area if you don't know too 
many people. I will send you a list or map and there you go.

I don't know about people wanting to give out their adresses but a name, 
phone#, email, and general location would be great.

I can't have all of you email me at once so please wait untill we(I) give 
the word. I will probably do it alphabetically.
