No, it isn't that high of an output current. You'd have to have a powerful 
coil to get 30ma off the secondary. Lets say the output voltage is 250kv, 
pretty small, 1 foot arcs maybe. 250kv times .03 amps equals 7500KVA, way 
higher power than that size coil would take in. Coils aren't really efficient 
either.
