Hi, A 12/60 (720 VA) will draw 6 A -at- 120 V  with no load, correct? Will it 
draw the same ammount of current during TC use? If it is the same, would PFC 
really do much? Its only 6 A...  ( Ive asked alot of questions this week! :-)
