If you live in the UK ask the LEB. They are replacing all the big oil filled
xfmrs with resin filled pnes - they are about 3 times lighter so they are
selling the old ones for scrap... like £15. so ling as you tell them you
want it for HV experiments and not stealing power of overhead lines...
