Hi Greg,
         I built one a few years ago (D=9", H=16"). It would make a 
great extra coil but is not the best for a 2-coil system. Too short.
It looks too nice to throw away.
     I suppose in some ways that comment reflects my particular 
interest in coiling which is how to get the longest sparks for a 
given power input (i.e. trying to violate Freau's Law :)
