I based my RSG on a 10,000RPM angle grinder, which has
robust disk arbor built right on.  I simply drilled a
7/8" hole in the center of my rotor, and put it on the
angle grinder in place of the abrasive disk.  It never
has come loose.  I didn't even modify the angle
grinder, and I can turn it back into a tool again
anytime.
