Nope.
I don't think so. The sweep ranges on an oscilloscope determine the horizontal
(X-axis) time base. It gives you the period (1/f) for each cycle shown on the
scope.
The indication of resonance is either a peak or a decrease in amplitude
(y-axis)
at the resonant frequency depending on whether you have a series or a
parallel resonant circuit.
