Hi all. 

A story for the list, (and anyone else that might read this). 

      

      A wise and beautiful princess was looking for a Knight to be 
her body guard. So she devised a test for the huge group of 
prospective Knights so that she would get the best of the bunch. 
Sorting through and eliminating the "brave and foolhardy" she 
got it down to the three most likely candidates asking the first 
one this question. "Sir Rodney, If you were guiding my royal 
coach on a narrow road around a mountain crag how close to 
the edge of the cliff would you have my wheels be?" "Oh my lady 
I would most certainly not get any closer to the edge than five 
inches. And I would go slow." "Very well" said the princess. 
"And YOU Sir Dareious, If you were guiding my royal coach on 
the same narrow road how close to the edge would you have my 
wheels be"? "Oh my most beautiful lady, I would most certainly not 
get any closer to the edge than three inches and I would go very 
slow". "Very well" said the princess. "And YOU Sir Geekduckious, 
If you were guiding my royal......., etc., how close to the edge..., etc., 
would you do it?"" Oh m-Lady I would not take that dog gone rotten 
road at all and if that not be possible I would get as close to the 
mountain as possible." And so, Sir Geekduckious got the job and 
they all put the flame throwers down on low pilot and lived happily 
ever after.
