Aquadag is a colloidal suspension of graphite in alcohol, or any other fast
evaporating
liquid. It is conductive. It is (or was) used as the inside coating for
cathode ray tubes.

Hi Ralph, Thanks for jogging my memory. Indeed it was in CRT's for
shielding!!
