Safety FAQ
Original poster: "Christopher Boden by way of Terry Fritz <twftesla-at-uswest-dot-net>" <chrisboden-at-hotmail-dot-com>
The Geek Group would like to compile a new, through, complete High Voltage,
Tesla coiling, High-Energy safety FAQ to be posted on our website and made
freely availible for publication on any other HV websites that want one.
I can't think of a more qualified group of contributors on Earth than this
list, the 1000+ people who will read this are the most experianced people I
know of in this field.
We're looking for everything you would like to contribute in the realm of HV
safety, including....
High Voltage: Safety, handleing, special precautions, differences between
working with LV and HV, definitions, etc...
High-Energy: (Cap arrays, Quarter crushing, etc)
Deaths, injuries, and near misses, and the consequesces thereof.
Legal Issues
Special Medical issues (pacemakers, etc)
and anything else relevant.
If possible submit them in the FAQ form i.e. question, and answer. I will
compile them into one large FAQ. Pics, charts, and graphs are fine and
should be included where helpfull. Send them all to chrisboden-at-hotmail-dot-com
attached to submissions.
We're also still accepting submissions for the Tesla Lexicon, a ditionary of
Tesla terminology, feel free to send in stuff for that as well :)
Have fun!
