Nate,

You must have the magic touch to be able to fit 1600+ turns of 
20awg magnet wire onto a 4 x 19 inch form.  I have not been able
to do it.  I can only fit less than 600 turns on.  You didn't wind
multiple layers did you?  (or did you use 30awg wire?)
