Where to get an NST

Hi all,

I started messing with HV a few months back, and arcs are a little boring. I
was wondering if any of you guys knew where I would be likely to find a
cheap/free NST. I live near Newcastle in the UK, so I was hoping if anyone
knew anywhere in this area where I could prolly find one.
