I have used thin beads of white or clear epoxy for this purpose (rqsg) with
no problems even after extended use. I glue the pipes to the outside of a
plastic pill bottle or 1.5" lexan tube, separating each pipe by two business
cards. Once set, remove the cards and insert the entire device into a 3.5"
lexan tube. One note ....I always incorporate a fan.

A big confusion with plastics is the difference
between brand names and chemical composition.

Your best bet is to find a local plastics supplier and
ask. I think those are both brand names, but I don't
know if they are different.
