Should the cap be ~1.5uF instead of 15mF??

If so, I can photo edit (butcher :-)) the diagram so it is correct.  Maybe
like 1uF to 3uF would be fine too?

Let me know.

I hope to do some testing tonight to see what this circuit does.  More latter
