Hi Godfrey, All,

You weren't the only one laboring under the
misconception that bigger coils needed bigger power
supplies. I remember the same series of posts. I think
I was even a contributor. So wallplug power is the
sole arbiter of spark length? Oh well, live and learn.
Gotta run now, I've got a project going in the garage.
I'm going to wind a secondary with welding cable
around a 55 gal plastic drum, and fire it up with an
OBIT.
