No the nuclear plant is about three miles away from it. You would go east on
25A for a while and then turn left on Randall/Wading river road and drive
'till you see it. I asked the guard at the Tesla Lab site how to get to the
Nuke, then there was another guard guarding the abandoned nuke. He was so
happy to see us, like he was alone in a desert for a few years.
We asked the guard at the Tesla site what he was guarding because it seemed
very strange to us that there was a guard at an abandoned site like that. He
said that it was only to keep vandals out.
