Getting NSTs

i have a slight dilema regarding nst's. I recently walked down to the
neon sign shop in my town and asked about trannies. i told them that i
was working on a tesla coil, and needed an XFMR. First I asked about
used ones, and they didn't have anything and said they rarely get ones.
then i asked about broken ones that i might be able to fix. they flat
out refused to give me any because they could get money by collecting
the warranty on them by sending them back to the manufacturer. then i
just asked about the price on new ones. this was a big shock. they
charge almost $200 for a new 15/60 and $130 for a new 15/30. is there
anywhere else i can get some NST's for under $100? thanks a lot,
