Hi Mike,
The y-axis represents the percent the toroid capacitance deviates from the
isolated
capacitance of the toroid (that number we typically calculate for top
capacitance).
Once this value is back calc'd from frequency values, I simply graphed that
data. I
should have labeled the axis.
