Let me also endorse Tapp Plastics. I used their general epoxy which set up a
bit too fast. My room was too warm I think. But other than that, it did a
nice job and it is ROCK hard! Motorized rotation is a must while applying
and setting. If I did it again, I'd use a long rubber squeegee to spread the
stuff.
PS: Behr 50 is definitely NLA.

This is what I use.

Application is extremely easy - It just pours on, and is self leveling.
It has minimal odor, and has a 30-90 minute gel time (plenty of working
time). It's also inexpensive, and you can order it online.
I'm not familiar with Behr 50, but Ultra-Glo sounds similar.
