Hi, well no because the actual frequency is 29.7 frames per second. old
movies were at 24 fps,and foreign i think is 25 frames. i learned this while
working for  a real camera man Courtney Hafella who made electronics and
rebuilt those wonderful cameras using the electronics to change the film
speed in these cameras. cul brian f.
