Tesla had planned on using hydroelectric power. People say that Tesla had bad 
business sense, and he probably did, but it seems that he was partcularly in 
it for the money anyway. Its unfortunate that he didn't have enough funds for 
Wardencliffe(Did I spell that right?) otherwise this arguement would have 
been answered.
