Although I can't be 100% sure on this, I believe that is a
large substation circuit breaker for a HV tranmission line
and not a transformer at all. The two giant "rabbit ear" HV
bushings on the top of it are the only external electrical
connections that it has, right? I'll leave further comment
to the members who are more knowledgable of the utility
power grid system.
