I don't know if it would help with you're plans but a good book to read (for
historical purposses anyway) Is "experiments with high potential and high
frequency" by Nicola Tesla It's a transcript of a lecture he gave in
London,with an appendix whose subject matter I won't mention on this list :)
It's been reprinted in the 80's by Angriff press and I think Omni
press.Check you're library.
