15nF is for a static gap LTR coil at 15/60. For a rotary or other line sync
LTR coil you need 28nF. See:

Note that 28nF x 120 BPS and 15nF x 200 BPS are close to the same number...
That may only have meaning to me but I just got a thought *;-))
You may want to check out:

But that may not make too much sense right off, but a ton is based of that data
for static gap coils...
