Run down to your local motorcycle shop and buy some Maxima castor 927 
degummed castor racing oil. It is processed and filtered to use as the premix 
oil for high performance 2 stroke engines. Should be good enough for 
cap/transformer oil. I hope you really want it though, and if so take your 
checkbook. The last bottle I bought was something like 8 bucks. And if memory 
serves, it was less than a quart.
