Hi Will,
For MMC caps you can ignor the AC rating and us the DC rating of poly caps.
Tesla coils "pulse" at say 120Hz. 120 times each second there is a burst of
say 200kHz oscillation that last for about 200 millionths of a second. (98% of
the time there is actually no output...
