Help calculating L to match C

I can't understand how to calculate the value of my primary coil with
out knowing what the resonant frequency of my coil will be.

Here is my design so far:

15/60 NST
50Hz supply
LTR Cap=0.28uF MMC (2.2xresonantC)
Xc=113636 Ohms

Therefore Xl=113636 Ohms.
What next?
