Christopher, This is called used tubulation. Some neon shops use rubber hose and will not have this. If you are going to call a neon shop you should ask for "used tubulation off the manifold still under a vacuum". In my area we try to break then and lock our garbage can because the bums find the mercury traps and like to smoke crack out of them. Thanks Larry
