Hi Terry, 

Hey just to let you know, I ran E-Tesla5 at home tonight to test wall
distance disturbance to the numbers. I tried putting in the actual distance
to the closest wall, but the program told me the wall was too close. I just
added 10 inches until it accepted it (70"). The average value I used prior
was 132". 

Again, on pass 3000 I pulled values: 
C = 45.9pF, F = 79.3kHz 

This is only 2kHz difference from using the average wall distance value
(further away - FWIW), so there isn't much change with wall distance. It
may be inductance, I'll have to measure w/topload and retest.
